I founded the John Davey Consultancy as many establishments requested my knowledge and expertise to train their staff, as they required a slick operation that ran from the front of house through to the kitchen, enabling guests to have a fulfilled dining experience from arrival through to departure. It is the knowledge, expertise, dedication and passion for the hospitality industry that has earned me exceptional kudos amongst my peers. Igniting a passion is what I do best. I do not preach nor do I lecture, I inspire! My training procedures are delivered in a unique way that seeks to unearth the best version of that member of staff, that they can possibly be.

I have dedicated my life to the hospitality industry. I understand the timing difficulty that the team has and in an effort to adapt, will be working on their tasks, before, during and after service. I advocate the ‘hands on approach’. Focussing on real life experiences, I will expertly execute “on the job training”, for 5 hours at each session, which will direct, advise and intensely drive the team to deliver an outstanding level of service, not just one time, but every time! It is the key principles that I will ingrain in staff to enable them to achieve consistent perfection!
