Paul tell us where you’re from and what’s new with you?

Hi I’m from Bath in Somerset. Working on loads of new ideas for the restaurant due to lockdown.

What motivates you every morning when you wake up?

Seeing my little girl smile and say morning daddy.

What do you enjoy doing when you eventually get a day off?

Spending time with the family, going for walks a little bit of foraging and if I really get any extra time ill make a bit of music.

If you were stranded on a desert island and could have one drink and one dish what would they be?

Defiantly a ginger beer and a tricky one for the dish but I do like a good roast!

If you could invite 3 people to dinner who would they be and where would you go?

Would have to be my best mate, my fiance and my little girl and would Go to Ramsay’s 3 star as have not been yet.

Tell us what wine you enjoy?

Not overly into wine, prefer an ale but do like a nice sauternes.

What is your favourite world food destination?

England obviously!
