A honey’s composition is both complex and variable, containing at least 181 different substances. Bees collect many materials to produce honey, including nectar, volatile essential oils, pollen and propolis. These various botanical origins will affect the composition of the honey.

This means each pot of Green Bee Honey will have a distinct colour, texture and taste, all depending on which flowers are “in season” at that time. Meaning Green Bee Honey bees are kept busy. And keeping busy, makes a bee as happy as can be!
